I've been considering apping Rise in as The Little Mermaid. As we all know, she sells her voice to become human to try to get her prince. Since the whole 'she can't speak' thing doesn't lend itself to RP very well, I was wondering if I could put a spin on it by letting her become a mermaid with a voice again if she's in water. Kinda like Splash. That way I can keep the original fairy tale aspect and still have her able to interact with people outside of writing in her magic book.
