Father Time

Arguably in charge of the city and of the realm in general, Father Time is, without question, the most powerful of all fables and lore. Capable of manipulating time at will, without restriction, he is also the most wise and mild mannered of those looked upon. He resides in the main city of Märchenstraße, located at the top of a high tower in the center of a lake. Supposedly, it was Father Time who orchestrated the events leading to the revival of the missing fables, and why so many are arriving in the city anew.

Mother Nature

Strong and lively, comforting and nurturing, Mother Nature has a powerful presence where ever life is found, in all the realms of the world. She is kind, warm, and pleasant, but a terrible force when angered. She controls all plantlife, gives birth to all animals, balances the weather, and has dominion over all the seasons. Mother Nature appreciates those who appreciate life, and values growth, and those who have room to do so.

Lady Justice

Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil. Lady Justice is cold and often unkind, ruthless and steadfast, and never sleeps. Unwavering in her focus on the law and her desire to make absolute certain it is upheld, no matter the cost, law-breaking is unacceptable under her watch, and Lady Justice has eyes and ears in many places. Like her namesake, she values justice and favors all that is good and true.

The Fairy Godmother

Rumor has it that the Fairy Godmother was once a human herself, a long, long time ago. Now she spends her days giving aid to those that need it most, and those who never ask for it. Kind-hearted and gentle, she has a soft smile, a jovial personality, and is rarely ever angry, and never cruel. Though known to conceal the truth, if she feels it's in one's best interest, she is trusting and prides herself on being so.

Death

Personable. Pleasant. Calm. Social. Death has been around as long as Father Time, before Justice or the Seasons were born, when Mother Nature was young. They know everyone, and always have. Death was present when everyone was born, and when they died, or will die. Death is timeless and exists in a different plane, capable of being anywhere and everywhere at any given time. Everyone dies at some point, and Death doesn't see it as sad, tragic, or unfortunate in the least. Death takes no favorites and holds no grudges, even against immortals. (No one, after all, is truly immortal.)

Old Man Winter

He brings the winter season, and can control the weather accordingly, during his time. Cold, frigid, set in his ways, grumpy, and quiet, if you're lucky. Winter is honest perhaps to a fault, rarely concealing the truth and never avoiding the subject. He will always speak his mind. Though impersonal at best, he responds well to kindness and friendliness if it's true, respects survivors, values practical natures, and possesses an appreciation for things that don't last, but are, during their life, unchanging.

Spring Lamb

The youngest of the seasons by appearance, Spring comes across as young and new in many ways. Joyful and childish, Spring is extroverted and playful, and more than a bit of a prankster. She's pleasant by nature, and rarely overbearing, but she has a fragileness to contrast the strength of her power. She values youth, and those who are most in touch with their inner child.

Youth Summer

A polar opposite of old Winter, extroverted Summer is youthful, warm, friendly and confident. A bit flighty and hard to keep up with, Summer takes charge and runs with it. Much like the sun itself, he can be temperamental, overbearing, and exhausting, but is just as capable of turning around and easing the day with a gentle summer breeze. Summer values relaxation and play, and favors those who stop to smell the roses, and feel the sun on their face.

Lady Autumn

Sweet and quiet, Autumn has a more reserved and solitary nature than the younger seasons, but is still regarded as more sociable than "Old Winter". She prefers keeping busy even through conversation, and is most often found harvesting, gathering what the season has brought to offer and helping the animals prepare for the harsh winter to come. Autumn favors the planners, farmers, and hard workers.
